Event Tickets: This is a memorabilia autograph signing event. You pay per autograph for what you are having signed. There are a limited amount of tickets being sold to this event, which means it can sell out. We suggest you pre-purchase your event tickets to guarantee your spot. You will pick up your tickets and items at will-call the day of the event, they are not mailed out to you. Event Tickets are non-refundable unless event/athlete has been canceled. Please be sure to check back to the event page here for any updates. If you are a no-show at the event, there will not be any refunds given. Tickets can be transferred to another party's name if you cannot attend, but will not be refunded. 

Items: You can bring anything you wish to have autographed. If you need something to have signed, you can reserve items in advance to be picked up at the check-in table the day of the event. 

Inscriptions: Inscriptions are phrases written in addition to the autograph. Examples would be, "HOF 2004," "6X Pro-Bowl," "1st Round Draft Pick," or statistics etc... Each inscription purchased is per 4 words or per phrase. If your full inscription is 5-8 words, 2 inscriptions would be needed an so on.

Sign/Ship Policy: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, every order will have tracking information included for you with delivery confirmation. Each item will be labeled with your order number, how that item comes out, is your item. We do not get extra autographs and cannot guarantee the quality, but if you have ever ordered from us before, we take great care and pride in providing you with the best looking memorabilia that you can get. All items come with a certificate of authenticity from Crave Sports Company. Please leave in the comments section of any special pen request for your helmet. We use blue sharpie on all HOF helmets, and will use our experience to have any other items signed with the best color and pen option.
